Hello, I'm Josué Menjivar. Josué is Joshua in Spanish. I always hated first days of school because my name was difficult to pronounce.
I was born in El Salvador, Central America and I was raised in Los Angeles, California but lived in several states. I am now a Canadian citizen.
I'm an illustrator, cartoonist, and author. I have taught typography, illustration, Adobe InDesign, and Magazine production at two colleges.
I also run my own graphic design/illustration business called Fresh Brewed Creative.
Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, the small business has been creating illustrations, graphic design, and comics worldwide since 1998. My work has been published in the US, Iceland, Greece, Mexico, Slovenia, the UK, and Canada.
Tools I use:
Pen and Ink, Bristol board, a Pentel Brush pen, Adobe Creative Suite, and a lot of coffee. But enough about me...
